WHAT’S IN YOUR MAKEUP BAG?
It’s no secret that the clean beauty movement is growing rapidly… and for good reason!
Women are becoming more discerning. We are demanding cosmetics that meet higher standards when it comes to safety, performance, and environmental impact. We have learned about the dirty secrets of the beauty industry, and we are no longer willing to use products from brands that care more about profits than people.
Informed consumers are learning to read ingredient lists carefully, and refer to third-party resources such as EWG.org’s skin deep database, Think Dirty app, Yuka, etc to check their products before buying.
with so many brands claiming to be “clean”, transparency and integrity matters more than ever

Are harmful ingredients hiding in your makeup bag?
I encourage you to grab your own makeup bag, and take a peek at the EWG skin deep database, linked above.
You might be surprised to find endocrine disrupters, or other harmful ingredients, in some of your favorite products. Simply type in the product/brand name, and if it’s listed, take a moment to review the ingredient scores looking out especially for any that are flagged as moderate to high risk for cancer, allergies & immunotoxicity or developmental/reproductive toxicity.
I am happy to help you with this process, Just send me a message!
