When the stress & tension of life builds up in the body and mind, it often leads to back pain, neck and shoulder tension, headaches, exhaustion, limited mobility, and more.

Essential Somatics® Movement Teacher-in-training, Elizabeth Espinoza, guides her clients through gentle, yet powerful movements designed to help relieve physical, mental, and emotional stress from the body.

These transformative movements will help you to finally let go of the tight muscles that cause pain and discomfort so you can feel better, move better, sleep better, and enjoy your life more.

    Do you want to gather with friends for a relaxing experience? Our small group classes are the perfect option.

    Whether you spend your time driving, working from a phone or computer, or you’re on your feet all day, somatic movement education will address a variety of common patterns of stress.

    Bring Liz to your home, business, church or location of your choice. My home office in Vista, CA can be booked upon request

    Would you prefer a personalized session designed to address your specific needs?

    Liz will listen attentively as you share what physical or emotional issues you have been experiencing.

    She will then guide you through a series of somatic movements to help you unwind your specific stress patterns, while offering hands-on guidance, as needed

    1:1 sessions can be booked at my home office in Vista, CA, or at another location of your choice

    Session length is approx 75-90 mins

    $45 per session
