This gentle and restorative movement class is designed to help relieve your stress and let go of the tight muscles that cause pain and discomfort so you can feel better, move better, sleep better, and enjoy your life more.
Somatic movements are simple and transformative. You will learn to feel and sense your own body more wholly as your muscles “wake up” and patterns of tension melt away.

What to wear?
We recommend you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move your body. No shoes during class but some people like to wear socks to keep their feet warm during class.
What to bring?
Bring a mat, drinking water, and any items you may want to be comfortable while laying down, such as a small blanket, pillow/bolster, or socks. We have a limited number of mats, blankets, and pillows/bolsters available for students to borrow, so please let us know on your registration form if you don’t have your own.
How do I pay for class?
Liz is currently an Essential Somatics® Movement Teacher-in-training. Your attendance at this class will count towards her required practicum teaching hours. Payment is not required, but is greatly appreciated if you wish to pay for class.
